How do I get a shipping price?
Select your show and route, then choose your package types and quantities. Add dimensions and weight for custom crates to see your transportation rate before booking.
Which package details do I need?
Choose standard package types and quantities for freight within the displayed allowances. For custom crates, enter the packed outside dimensions and gross weight to calculate a rate within the supported limits.
What does NEX EXPO coordinate?
We coordinate pickup, freight transportation, shipping documents, carrier check-in and delivery to your show’s receiving dock.
Do I need an account to get a rate?
