What does my transportation rate include?
Your rate covers the selected pickup, freight transportation and coordinated delivery. Review the route, package selections and any optional services before booking.
How do I price standard packages and custom crates?
Select standard package types and quantities. For custom crates, enter dimensions and weight; supported sizes receive a calculated rate online.
How are discounts applied?
Eligible multi-piece and return discounts are calculated from your shipment selections and shown with your transportation rate before booking.
Can I add Value Protection?
Value Protection is optional and priced separately when selected. Its terms apply to the protection provided.
When will I receive an invoice?
Billing follows your booking’s payment terms. Terms accounts may receive an invoice after delivery; customer-requested changes or added services can result in an adjusted charge.
What if my shipment details change?
Contact NEX EXPO to update your route, package quantities or custom crate details. Changes to the shipment or selected services may require a revised price before they are confirmed.
