Confirm the exact McCormick Place building, receiving address and move-in or move-out window in your show’s exhibitor manual. Truck check-in, marshalling, unloading and material-handling arrangements depend on the event and contractor. The venue publishes separate rules for qualifying automobile and small utility vehicle access; do not assume those exceptions apply to carrier freight. NEX transportation does not replace contractor material handling. Sources: McCormick Place exhibitor service guidelines and ASUV guidance, reviewed September 26, 2026.
