We arrange collection from the pickup address in your booking, prepare shipping paperwork and coordinate transportation.
Track progress in your shipment activity and update emails.
3NEX EXPODelivery for your show
We coordinate check-in and delivery to the location in your quote, during its receiving window.
The show dock is the event’s freight delivery area. An advance warehouse is the show’s designated warehouse that receives freight before the show.

Prepare your booked return
If your return is already booked, don’t book it again. Before pickup:
- Repack, attach return labels and confirm readiness with NEX EXPO.
- Name NEX EXPO Express as carrier on the release form. Submit it to the show’s handling team (decorator).
- Then upload a copy to NEX EXPO using your booking or reminder link.
Uploading alone does not release freight or confirm pickup.

Does getting a rate book my shipment?
No. Getting a rate lets you review the price before you decide. Your shipment is booked only when you complete the booking and receive confirmation.
What happens after I book?
NEX EXPO coordinates the pickup and receiving arrangements for your shipment. Keep your freight packed, labeled and ready for the agreed pickup window, and follow progress through shipment activity and milestone emails.
What paperwork does NEX EXPO coordinate?
We coordinate shipping documents, receiving instructions and carrier check-in. Share any facility requirements with us; your exhibitor team completes the show contractor’s freight-release requirements for collection.
Can you arrange return or next-show shipping?
Yes. Plan the return or your next show-to-show shipment with the same NEX EXPO team. We coordinate collection around the show’s move-out schedule and release instructions.
