Dock delivery notes

The Javits Center lists its campus at 655 West 34th Street, New York. Confirm your assigned hall, freight receiving entrance, carrier check-in, marshalling and move-in or move-out window in the event’s exhibitor manual. General campus addresses are not freight delivery instructions. Ask the show contractor about weight tickets, appointments, material handling and outbound release paperwork; do not assume one deadline applies to every show. NEX coordinates transportation and does not replace contractor dock-to-booth services. Source: https://www.javitscenter.com/ — reviewed September 26, 2026.
